El problema es cuando estas compensaciones terminan en sobrecargas, contracturas o desgaste prematuro de alguna articulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saber qu\u00e9 tipo de alineaci\u00f3n tenemos puede ayudarnos a saber qu\u00e9 musculatura debemos relajar y estirar m\u00e1s porque est\u00e1 en sobreesfuerzo, y qu\u00e9 musculatura hay que trabajar m\u00e1s porque est\u00e1 inhibida o atrofiada. Conociendo tu tipo postural podr\u00e1s a\u00f1adir algunos estiramientos y ejercicios espec\u00edficos a tu rutina de entrenamiento, que te ayudar\u00e1n a mejorar tu postura y sentirte mejor.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los referentes para mejorar la postura, sobre todo por las curvaturas de la espalda, es la pelvis. \u00bfQu\u00e9 posici\u00f3n natural tiene tu pelvis? Si tu pelvis fuera un cuenco de agua bien lleno, \u00bfderramer\u00eda? \u00bfPor d\u00f3nde?
